Blackwatch is based in Rockville, Maryland with offices in O’Fallon, IL. Blackwatch supports its’ clients by strategically addressing their business problems with solutions by offering mission-critical IT solutions and services in program/project management, infrastructure and operations.

Blackwatch was founded in 2010 by Jim Dramby, President and CEO with one main objective which was to provide the “Best of the Best” IT professional services and technical solution organization to help meet our customers challenges today and in the future.
As a successful entrepreneur, Mr. Dramby has built an outstanding organization that delivers the highest quality and experienced IT professionals and cutting-edge technical solutions team to help solve our customers’ business needs. He is a result oriented executive and seasoned entrepreneur with a comprehensive business and corporate management background. With 35 years of progressive management experience his responsibilities include developing and implementing corporate strategies and policy, managing company operations and resources, including mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to his years of experience in the information technology industry he was employed by Bechtel Power Corporation, Stone & Webster Engineering, General Physics and Westinghouse International in the engineering and construction of electric utility nuclear power generating projects world-wide. Projects managed ranged in size to over 750 employees. He managed multiple offices providing engineering and construction services to support operating nuclear power plants. He also gained international nuclear power engineering and construction experience with assignment’s in Japan, Taiwan and Brazil.
He was a Member of the American Nuclear Society and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers while engaged in the nuclear power industry. He is a Vietnam Veteran that served with the 1st Air Cavalry Division.
