Blackwatch is a contract holder for SeaPort-NxG Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) to deliver support services to The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the United States Marine Corps (USMC).

Ventures
Partnerships are as essential to growth as contract vehicles are. To that end, Blackwatch has formed a joint venture with an 8a, woman-owned small business to provide new solutions for our Federal government customers that enable innovation. Blackwatch and Advetco formed an 8a joint venture – Alpha Watch – to provide clients with ease and speed of contracting, aid in meeting socio economic requirements, and gain access to industry-leading talent these two organizations offer to meet mission-critical objectives. This partnership allows Alpha Watch to receive government sole-source direct awards up to $4 million per FAR 19.808-1(a).
